Vegetation on Mars?

In this video we see photos of Mars that seem to be showing us vegetation, lots of vegetation. Some of the photos look like they could have been taken from Earth orbit. Nasa's explanation for the vegetation... Defrosting sand dunes. I've seen defrosting sand dunes, they don't look anything like this. Please comment on this video as I would like to know what you think.
